Valentine Book Round Up

Coming in hot with all of the sweet Valentines Day goodies to help us get over the after Christmas slump!
I don't know about you guys, but my home looks so bare after I take down all of the holiday trimmings that I am just itching to pull out all of my V- day decor and that includes making over the kid's book shelves in their rooms.  I have been collecting holiday books since Olivia was born and I know I say this every time, but I think our Valentine books may just be my favorites ;)
I mean, what's more fun than celebrating love month with my two favorite little people and showing them just how special they are to me?!  And their Daddy too, but for some reason pink hearts and banners all over the house doesn't make him quite as excited ;)

Let's start in Olivia's room.  I love decking out her room with all of the super girly gear for V-day.  I will share a full room tour later, but for now here is her little reading nook.

I have these floating picture ledges in both of the kid's rooms that work perfectly for holding their holiday books.  The banner is from our go-to for all things decorative and pretty Glitter Party Co.  the little purple conversation heart is from Against the Grain.  The make the most beautiful wooden, had painted signs for all occasions.  Lastly her Love you more sign is from our favorite for shelfie signs and name tags Chalk Designs By Me
I will list all of the books at the bottom and you can click and shop right from there!

I think we can all agree that decorating for boys for Valentines is super hard!  I want it to be fun and festive, but still reflect his personality, which is just not frilly.  I kept his nook super simple with all of his favorite Vday books and Cuddle and Kind buddies.  I made his pennant banner Hey Bud, Love you sign just using Word and playing around until I got it how I wanted and then used ribbon and embellishments I had around the house to spruce it up.  His To the moon and back print is from Sugar boo & co and his bean bag (which both kids love) is from Pottery Barn Kids.

I have linked all of our favorite Vday books for both boys and girls and we have each of these books and truly love them! If you have any questions just holla!
Happy almost love month! We can just call it love season ;)
