Gift Wrapping with the kiddos!

*products gifted by Scotch 3M, but all opinions are my own*

Every year when I pull out the wrapping paper and bows and turn our kitchen island into the North Pole wrapping station the kids are always climbing up to see what is going on.  This year, I thought it would be fun to let them wrap (with a little help) their own gifts for their cousins!  I wanted it to be their own ideas so I let them pick out the trimmings and paper! Olivia picked the tinsel and Jack just had to have the gold ball Christmas ornaments (don't worry, they are plastic).  I wrote their cousin's names on them to use as gift tags and we got busy wrapping.  Neither of them are what you would call scissor certified so I had to handle that, but they were a big help holding the paper steady and of course the tape dispenser.  Scotch giftwrap tape is a must when we are wrapping.  I love that is practically disappears after you apply it so it gives a neat, seamless look, even if the edges are being tucked in by a 3 and 5 year old ;)

We used the Super-Hold Scotch tape to adhere the bows they made to the top of the gifts.  Olivia's bows was extra large and even with the weight of the ornament the tape held tight.

This time of year for me is about soaking up as much family time as we can and I love products that make it easy for us to get the job done right the first time! My little cuties were so proud of their presents and even if they aren't the fanciest gifts under the tree they will be the most special to me since we wrapped them together!
