Spring Break

Since Olivia is in preschool now we are officially spring breakers! We headed down to Gulf Shores, Alabama and it was gorgeous. It still weirds me out that we have beaches in my own state. We have always gone to Destin, Florida and decided to change it up this year. We stayed at a house right in the beach with a big private beach. Nana, my sis and her kids came too and the kids really did party like it was spring break. Sun, sand and a capris sun in their hand 😜
I have been on the hunt for a good swimsuit for me, since the kids look adorable in everything! You all know my need to coordinate all of us too, so this is no easy task. I had ordered Olivia a few Kortni Jean swim suit last year and the retro fit and girly flair were just the cutest. They were also super well made so I decided to go with them again this year.

I was skeptical about how I would like the suit for myself, but it turned out super cute on! I went with the scoop back top and the peplum bottoms. As a mom of two kids it’s hard to find swimwear that I feel comfortable in and can move and play with my kids in. This suit is not only adorable on, but super comfortable and it made me feel confident on the beach!

And because everything is cuter in mini sizes, the kids suits are my favorite! I got the trunks for Jack and they are the softest material and by far his best fitting suit I’ve gotten this year. You can see all of the mini men suits here

Olivia loves her peplum top and ruffled bottoms almost as much as she loves her sea shell collection. Which we still have a bucket of sitting in the garage smelling lovely by the way ha! I love how this suit fits her and keeps her modest while still being cute! Shop all off the mini ladies suits here

We had such a fun trip and we are already planning our next trip back to the beach this summer!  Now if the weather would hurry up and warm up so we can wear our adorable swimmers to the pool all summer!
