Holiday Cheer Challenge

We are so excited to share the joy of the holidays and what better way to get in the Christmas spirit than classic Christmas movies! We have teamed up with Dreamworks Animation and Fox Entertainment to spread kindness and cheer through the Holiday Cheer Challenge!
One of our all time favorite Christmas movies is Frosty the Snowman. Not only is it super fun, but it also has such an inspiring message, and of course an awesome song.  Y'all know we love to sing and dance around here.  Despite all of the challenges Frosty faces he always finds joy in the situation and sees the best in people.

Last Friday morning we woke up to our own winter wonderland so watching Frosty was a must!
After lots and lots of bundling up we went outside and made our own family snowman (well, snow woman because Olivia insisted).  They worked so hard and were so proud of their creation!

It was a perfect day to spread some holiday cheer so we made a hot cocoa station for our friends and neighbors.  These two smiled ear to ear the whole time, just like Frosty ;)  And I'm pretty sure they ate more marshmallows than they gave out.

Now it's your turn to keep the kindness going and spread some cheer of your own!
Be sure to share how you are spreading holiday cheer with the hashtag #DWAHolidayChallenge
How are you going to make someone smile today?

(A big thank you to Dreamworks and Fox Entertainment for sponsoring this post.  All opinions are of our own, as always)

Christmas Pictures 2017

Yep it's really me!  It has been, well forever, since I have had the time to sit down and blog, but something about the festivities of the holidays always makes me want to document it all.  I wanted to share our family Christmas pictures that the amazingly talented Lauren Tuggle shot for us.  It's not enough that they are allll over my house!  I always love looking back at the blog year after year to see my favorites and how the kids have grown and changed. So without further rambling, here are my faves!

Looking at these photos make my heart so happy and I feel so blessed I get to call these three mine.  This was the first year both of the cooperated for pictures (probably all the practice the get at home, ha).  I've had our Christmas cards for a good two weeks so hopefully I get around to sending them out this week.  From our family to yours, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy holiday season!
Also, if you are in the Birmingham area and looking for a photographer give Lauren a shout!  She is truly wonderful!  Click here for her page!
